Other requirements: Matlab (only needed to run FS-FAST, the fMRI analysis stream)
需要用到linux的发行版本，常用的ubuntu 或deepin都可以。当然有苹果电脑也可以。
linux 下环境设置
## bash
$> export FREESURFER_HOME=/usr/local/freesurfer
$> source $FREESURFER_HOME/SetUpFreeSurfer.sh
$> export SUBJECTS_DIR=<path to subject data>
运行命令 recon-all -i /home/cafe/post/sample-001.nii.gz -s bert -all
